Horwitz Hits Double
Gets Caught Advancing to Third on Groundout
The Toronto Blue Jays' Kevin Horwitz hit a double in the third inning of their game against the New York Yankees on Thursday night, but was caught trying to advance to third on a groundout.
Horwitz's double came with one out and runners on first and second. He hit a line drive to right field that Yankees right fielder Aaron Judge fielded and threw to second baseman Gleyber Torres. Torres threw to third baseman Josh Donaldson, who tagged out Horwitz as he tried to advance.
The Blue Jays went on to lose the game 4-2.
